RCI’s
Enrichment Program serves individuals with disabilities throughout the
Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas.
This program is person centered and provides integrated and
individualized community based services.
With our intensive staffing ratios, we enjoy a high personal goal
success rate.

|
|
|
Activities in our
program focus on the following areas:
|
|
|
- Giving back to the Community—along with numerous social
activities, our enrichment
program provides volunteer opportunities to persons in need, such
as Meals on Wheels, Ronald McDonald House and Adopt a Park.
- Education—hands-on training is provided
on issues such as life skills and exploration to all our individuals.
- Community Integration and
Socialization—we
focus on providing individuals with opportunities to interact with people in the
community that are non-disabled and develop relationships or roles that
are meaningful and rewarding.
- Pre-Vocational—should our individuals choose,
we provide programs that will assist them in making career and/or
educational preferences as they pursue an enriching and rewarding life.
- Goal Oriented Programming—our daily activities are person
centered, creating a meaningful day for all participants.
